Orders will be shipped via Canada Post and should be received within 7-10 business days. An e-mail will sent to provide tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Watermelon Tree. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the following are final sales and are not eligible for a refund or exchange: sale items, undergarments, swimwear and cloth diapers.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original form of payment). You will receive the credit (minus initial shipping costs) within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of sending the returned item. Shipping costs from initial purchase are non-refundable.
If an exchange occurs, Watermelon Tree will cover the cost of sending the new item.
Please note, you are more than welcome to come to our physical store location in Fort Langley B.C. to return or exchange on the spot. This will save you postage fees and will be done immediately.
